Being Professional- A Rant

A little back-story before I begin: 

There’s this lady that I work with named Debbie. She’s 59 years old and a service  Trainer at the restaurant I work in. She generally “opens” our 24 hour store(she comes in starting at 7 am and takes the reins from our overnight workers who work from 11pm until 7am. The place where I work the Day shift doesn’t get along with night shift or overnight, night shift sorta gets along with overnight but generally doesn’t get along with day shift. Since I work both nights and mornings, I’ve heard what the Overnights think of Debbie and what Debbie thinks of them.
